The first step of development of the Estate and Resort has been completed, involving the infrastructure and construction of 6 Luxury Villas and 9 Luxury Country Homes, landscaping, swimming pools, and other recreational facilities. The properties are completely furnished and available for rental / purchase and lease back under the management of the owners, Chi Thanh Company Limited. Stage 2 – Development: The 2nd step development will involve the construction of 23 Country homes, 19 Villas, and 8 “free standing” 1 bedroom bungalows on the actual lake water. All the properties are available furnished or unfurnished for purchase or lease. The 8 bungalows are 1 bedroom, ensuite, living and dinning areas and are self contained. The 2nd step planning includes the construction of a mini shopping market, service centre, restaurant /café and medical centre. Restaurant Development: A restaurant is located on the 4th floor of Unit No. 57, and has been completed, and furnished to seat 130 persons, a fully stocked wine cellar and bar will compliment the restaurant providing A La Carte and Buffet style meals. The area is divided with internal and outdoor seating, the views from the restaurant overlook the 2 international golf courses, marble mountain, Da Nang City, and Dien Ban Beach to Charm Islands. The restaurant is open for the use of resort guests and the public. American Executive Chef Scott Marquis, who has worked his way from Maine (USA), India, UAE, Thailand, Ha Noi, Hoi An, to the Bong Lai Resort Restaurant, has been appointed to oversee the restaurant and to provide quality meals, including Western and Vietnamese dishes.
